Refunds & Returns Policy – LB Candle Craft
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in our shop.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for used candles, custom-made products, or items damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
4. Return Process
To start a return, contact us at lbcandlecraft@yahoo.com. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for unused and unopened items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
7. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged upon arrival.
